These terms apply to the Julkisilla app and website. By using Julkisilla you accept them.
Julkisilla shows public transport routes, departures and live vehicle positions in Finland, Estonia and Stockholm County. It is an independent app. It is not operated by, endorsed by, or affiliated with HSL or any other transport authority.
Timetables, real-time positions and disruption notices come from transport authorities through open data services: Digitransit in Finland, peatus.ee and the City of Tallinn in Estonia, and SL through Trafiklab in Stockholm County. They can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and vehicles do not always run as published. Plan with a margin and treat the app as guidance, not a guarantee. We are not liable for a missed connection, a missed appointment, or any other loss arising from relying on the information shown.
Optional paid features are billed through the App Store or Google Play. Price, period and renewal terms are shown before you confirm. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; manage or cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account. Refunds for store purchases follow Apple's and Google's policies.
Do not use Julkisilla to break the law, to interfere with the service or its providers, to scrape or resell the data behind it, or to attempt to circumvent fares or payment.
Julkisilla creates an anonymous account automatically; you do not register. You can delete it and its data at any time from Settings. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Map data is © Mapbox and © OpenStreetMap contributors. Transit data comes from HSL and other Finnish operators via Digitransit; from the Estonian public transport register via peatus.ee (CC BY-SA 3.0); from the City of Tallinn (CC BY 4.0); and from SL. The Stockholm service is based on information from Trafiklab.se. Their licences and terms apply to that data.
Julkisilla is provided as-is. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and the service depends on third parties we do not control. Beta versions distributed through TestFlight or Google Play testing may contain defects and interruptions.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights under Finnish and EU law.
These terms are governed by Finnish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence and to use the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board.
